We are looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Social Media Expert who can manage and grow our digital presence while generating qualified leads.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow all social media platforms including:
- Facebook Pages & Groups
- YouTube
- TikTok
- WhatsApp Communities
- Create engaging images, reels, short videos, and promotional content
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar
- Write compelling captions and call-to-actions
- Generate qualified leads through organic and paid strategies
- Run and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Respond to comments, inbox messages, and community queries
- Monitor analytics and submit weekly performance reports
- Build and manage online communities related to marriage, relationships, and family topics
- Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups
Requirements
- At least Graduate with good academic background.
- 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
- Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
- Experience running Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Understanding of lead generation funnels
- Strong copywriting skills (Urdu & English)
- Ability to create viral and engaging content
- Knowledge of trends and algorithms
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
