We are looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Social Media Expert who can manage and grow our digital presence while generating qualified leads.

Job Type: Full-Time, Office Based.

Office Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings:

• Morning: 10 AM to 7 PM
• Afternoon: 2 PM to 11 PM

Office Locations:

• Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, Karachi
• DHA, Phase 5, 26th Street, Karachi

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all social media platforms including:
  • Facebook Pages & Groups
  • Instagram
  • YouTube
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • WhatsApp Communities
• Create engaging images, reels, short videos, and promotional content
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar
• Write compelling captions and call-to-actions
• Generate qualified leads through organic and paid strategies
• Run and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Respond to comments, inbox messages, and community queries
• Monitor analytics and submit weekly performance reports
• Build and manage online communities related to marriage, relationships, and family topics
• Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups

Requirements

• At least Graduate with good academic background.
• Experience: Highly relevant post qualification social media marketing & advertising experience is required.
  • 2+ years for Social Media Officer
  • 3+ years for Social Media Executive
  • 4+ years for Social Media Expert
• Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
• Experience running Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Understanding of lead generation funnels
• Strong copywriting skills (Urdu & English)
• Ability to create viral and engaging content
• Knowledge of trends and algorithms
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
