What You Will Do
Lead & Inspire
- Motivate and guide your team of matrimonial sales representatives to exceed targets while maintaining compassion and professionalism.
- Create a supportive, positive, and encouraging work atmosphere where every team member feels valued.
Achieve & Celebrate Success
- Drive your team’s performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion goals.
- Step in to assist during important client calls to secure sign-ups.
- Celebrate wins—both big and small—so your team stays motivated.
Coach & Develop
- Provide hands-on training in communication, relationship-building, and overcoming objections.
- Help your team members grow professionally while keeping their focus on our shared mission: connecting people for a lifelong bond.
Care for Clients
- Ensure each client feels heard, understood, and respected during every interaction.
- Resolve concerns with empathy, ensuring a smooth and respectful matchmaking journey.
Who We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in telesales, with at least 1 year in a team lead role. Background in matrimonial services, matchmaking, or premium personal services is a big plus.
