Instagram Executive
Shaadi Organization® Pakistan is looking for a creative and performance-driven Instagram Executive who knows how to grow followers, increase engagement, and generate real leads through Instagram.

Job Type: Full-Time, Office Based.
Office Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timings:
- Morning: 10 AM to 7 PM
- Morning: 11 AM to 8 PM
Office Location:
- DHA, Phase 5, 26th Street, Karachi
- Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, Karachi
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing Instagram pages
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm and growth strategies
- Ability to create content (ideas, captions, hooks, basic creatives)
- Knowledge of Reels, hashtags, engagement tactics, and audience targeting
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Result-oriented mindset (focus on leads, not just likes)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our Instagram account strategically
- Plan and execute content calendars (Reels, Posts, Stories)
- Create engaging and viral content aligned with trends
- Increase followers, reach, engagement, and conversions
- Generate qualified leads through Instagram
- Monitor insights, analytics, and optimize performance
- Stay updated with latest Instagram trends, features, and algorithm changes
- Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams
