Customer Service (Matchmakers) Team Lead

Job Type: Full-Time, Office Based.

Office Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings:

  • Morning: 10 AM to 7 PM
  • Afternoon: 2 PM to 11 PM

Office Location:

  • DHA, Phase 5, 26th Street, Karachi
  • Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, Karachi
  • North Nazimabad, Block D, Five Star, Karachi

Requirements

  • 4+ Year Matchmaking experience in a fast-paced organization with at least one year as a senior matchmaker or team lead
  • Educated (Inter, Graduate, Masters) with good grades
  • Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English
  • Talkative and ability to convince people about their life choices
  • Excellent Command & Speed on Computer, WhatsApp, Internet Applications
  • Highest level of honesty, integrity and sense of responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage team of matchmakers
  • Make sure all matchmakers are providing excellent matchmaking services to the clients.
  • Guide and coach matchmakers about matrimonial services
  • Meeting with families and clients
  • Discuss with the client about their rishta / marriage requirements
  • Follow up with clients about their family rishta meetings
  • Keep matrimonial clients highly satisfied about the services
  • Do Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report to the management
