Shaadi Organization Pakistan is looking for a results-driven and dynamic Branch Manager (Sales) to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates
• Generate qualified leads through organic and paid strategies
• Train, mentor, and evaluate sales staff to improve performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Prepare sales reports and present insights to senior management
• Maintain strong coordination with marketing and operations teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for growth
• Experience in service-based or relationship-driven industries is a plus
