Shaadi Organization® Pakistan is looking for a results-driven and dynamic Branch Manager (Sales) to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional client experience. Job Type: Full-Time, Office Based.
Office Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timings: 11 AM - 8 PM
Office Location:
- DHA, Phase 5, 26th Street, Karachi
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates
- Generate qualified leads through organic and paid strategies
- Train, mentor, and evaluate sales staff to improve performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Prepare sales reports and present insights to senior management
- Maintain strong coordination with marketing and operations teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for growth
- Experience in service-based or relationship-driven industries is a plus
